Get to Know me

I’m Kate,

Certified to Health Coach

Professional Health Coach posed in of mirror.
Hello

My coaching approach is rooted in bioindividuality, behavioral awareness, and the connection between mental, emotional, and physical health.

I specialize in helping people process things out loud, organize chaos into clarity, recognize behavioral patterns, and create small, meaningful shifts while they navigate life, health, relationships, identity, or personal growth.

  • Body-aware coaching practices focused on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, grounding, and stress response patterns.

  • Practical support for high-functioning overwhelm, transitions, emotional processing, organization struggles, and building systems that actually fit your life.

  • Designed to create a casual, grounding environment that encourages sensory awareness, open communication, and nervous system connection. These sessions integrate naturally alongside clinical surf therapy work with Carly Jones, offering supportive space for reflection, processing, and real-life integration outside of the clinical setting.

Somatic Summer Series

Life doesn’t pause for personal growth, healing, or self-discovery.

Who I work with

I work with people who are navigating overwhelm, ADHD, transitions, habit patterns, emotional processing, or simply trying to better understand themselves in the middle of real life.

High-Functioning ADHD Support

We work together to create and test actual sustainable options that fit your needs, your routines, your personality, and the way your brain naturally works.

This process is collaborative, adaptive, and realistic.

We test systems. We rethink habits. We create awareness around overstimulation, communication patterns, executive dysfunction, emotional reactions, motivation, and burnout.

The Mental Health Space

You know, mental health is personal to me, and I think that's actually what led me here. I found that I have this ability to really understand the nuances of this space: the fine lines, the communication, what's appropriate and what's not. And I also found that I connected really well with the people (therapists, admin, coaches) doing the work. I found a home in the mental health space working behind the scenes, alongside the professionals, making sure the people who are carrying others have what they need to keep going.
